Business Mission to Turkey

Delegation led by the President of the Republic of Malta later this month

The Malta Chamber calls on all members interested in carrying out business with Turkey, to consider joining a business mission that shall take place later this month.

The business mission is part of a State Visit to Turkey which will be lead by H.E. the President of Malta.

This event, which is being supported by the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, Malta Enterprise, TradeMalta and Property Malta; consists of a business seminar, followed by business-to-business meetings; and will take place in Istanbul on 24th January 2019.

This Business Mission is multi-sectorial, and it aims to provide Malta-based businesses with the opportunity to expand into the Turkish market, while potentially grow existing business relationships.

Interested parties must submit their Company’s track record in international business, and the business case presented and the trade potential with the target market, with their application. Expressions of Interest should be sent to info@trademalta.org with immediate effect.

In its bid to continuously understand, and keep up to date with the dynamics of the Labour Market, the Malta Chamber is carrying out a research exercise with members of the business community, to better assess what labour shortages exist in the current economic scenario.
