Chamber’s Economic Vision – ideal framework for national economic aspirations

“This would not be a vision that would belong to Government or the Opposition, but it would be an economic vision that we would all create together”


Commenting during a discussion programme on the national broadcaster, Opposition spokesperson Hon Claudio Grech commended The Malta Chamber’s work on creating an Economic Vision for the country, as he called on all parties to collaborate closely to reach the goals within the same vision.

Hon Grech was Savior Balzan’s guest on TVM’s discussion programme Extra, together with the Minister for the Economy the Hon Silvio Schembri.
The Opposition spokesperson said that The Malta Chamber had done a fantastic job in creating a framework on which the country could aspire to converge towards an Economic Vision that would be a national achievement for all.

Minister for the Economy the Hon Silvio Schembri spoke about the government’s work to assist businesses through the COVID crisis, while he outlined the vision of the government for the upcoming Budget which is expected to be published on Monday 19th.
