Employee Engagement Benchmarking Session
Date:Thursday 23rd March, 2017
Venue:Exchange Buildings, Republic Street, Valletta
“To win the marketplace, you must first win in the workplace” -
Doug Conant, former CEO, Campbell’s Soup
It pays for a company’s employees to be fully engaged at the workplace as engaged employees are enthusiastic, fully absorbed by their responsibilities and emotionally committed to the company. Employee engagement goes a step beyond employee happiness as happy employees are not necessarily maximising their productivity on a daily basis.
With an aim to improve the levels of employee engagement amongst members’ teams, the Malta Chamber’s Human Resources Committee, in collaboration with Business Leaders Malta, is organising a Benchmarking Session on Employee Engagement in Malta.
The findings of BLM’s Annual Employee Engagement Survey will be presented, followed by a roundtable discussion on members’ employee engagement experiences and best-practices. The scope of the session is for all attending companies to share their experiences and learn from the experiences of others.
Attendance is free of charge but seating is limited. Registrations will be confirmed on a first come first served basis. Kindly contact Mr Nigel Mifsud on firstname.lastname@example.org or 2203 2317 to register by Monday 20th March 2017.
