Former BOV CEO passes away

He was just 59 years old

Mario Mallia, who served as Chief Executive Officer at BOV for the past three years has passed away. He had been employed by the company since 1979 and on the Board of Management since 2005. 

The former CEO retired last December. 

He suffered postoperative complication which ultimately led to his untimely death.
