Malta Public Transport releases new summer schedule with 436 additional trips per day

The new schedule will kick off on 5th July 2020

From this Sunday 5th July, Malta Public Transport will be operating its new summer schedule, with a total of 436 additional trips per day across the network, as well as increased bus capacity to cater for a rise in demand for public transport.

Additionally, several routes will be extended to popular beaches across the islands during the summer months.

Route 49 to Ghadira Bay will stop at Armier Bay, Route 74 to Zurrieq will stop at Blue Grotto, Route 101 to Cirkewwa will stop at Gnejna Bay, and Route 109 to Bahrija will stop at Lapsi.

In Gozo, the frequency of Route 301 from Victoria to Mgarr will be increased to coincide with the ferry trips.

Over the coming days, Malta Public Transport will be updating its timetables on every bus stop in Malta and Gozo.
